About us

Duka is a Kampala online shop with two simple ideas: sell good products that are in stock, and find anything else you want, even from abroad.

How we work

No prepayment. You pay in cash when your order arrives, so you see what you are buying before you pay.
No accounts. Your phone number is enough. Track any order with its reference and your number.
Real people. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp, and you can reach us the same way.
Sourcing on request. Send us a link or a photo. We check it, quote you a fair price that includes shipping, and deliver it to your door.
