No. You pay in cash when your order reaches you. We call or WhatsApp you first to confirm the order and the delivery time.

No. You only need your name, phone number and delivery area. We use your phone number to keep track of your orders, and you can follow an order with its reference and your phone number.

Most areas in Kampala get same day delivery for orders placed before 2pm. Areas further out get next day delivery. Each area and its fee is shown at checkout.

It depends on your area, starting from UGX 5,000 in central Kampala. You see the exact fee before you place your order.

Yes. Send us a link (Amazon, Shein, AliExpress, Jumia and others) or a photo through the Request a quote page or on WhatsApp. We find it, send you a price, and you only pay when it is delivered.

Usually 7 to 14 days from when you accept the quote, depending on where the item comes from. The quote tells you the expected time for each item.

Yes. The price in your quote includes shipping to Kampala. It is valid until the date shown on the quote. Delivery to your area is added at the same fee as shop orders.

Check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong or damaged, tell the rider or contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. See the Delivery and returns page for the details.
